Testimonials from Wynn and Laddies first litter

EDWYNN  (3-27-14)

Thank you so much  for the wonderful visit that we had with you.  We all had a very fun time.

The pups (Edwynn and Frodo) did very well traveling down. They ended up very happy in their kennel together. When we changed drivers, and took them out for a potty break.

I want to tell you, that you have done a fabulous job with the pups.  All your socializing has paid off.  They are confident and do not freak out about different situations.  They remind me very much of how my pups act.

Blessings to all of you!!

Sorry to say that Edwynn died at 11 months due to a "fungus in his gut"  he had surgery and was kept at the vets for over a week but just couldn't keep anything down.....

WILLOW  (11-25-14)

Hi everyone, I though you all would like an update on Miss Willow. She is doing great and just went thru her first heat cycle....boy I'm glad that's over. I'm going to probably get her bred with an OTSC a few miles from me. The owner is Marvin Coblentz and he is a member of the OTSC Association and you can look up the pedigrees of his dogs if you would like.  Willow loves the snow and being outside most of the time and she is doing great with the animals as she tells on them if they are not where they belong! She let's us know when someone comes and pesters me when I'm knitting. But she never forgets to get her goodnight petting before she settle down for the night.  Here are some photos I think you will enjoy. Feel free to post them to your website or FB. Take care,  (See All the photos on First litter photos)

   TAG  (5-9-14)

We are really enjoying this pup and he has grown so much and starting to learn to be a helper to the girls. He now goes out for chores with them and helps to bring the goats in.

He has also became the offical chick-sitter for Sara's new chicks. We tie Tag on his leash near the chick's run and he lays and watches the chick. Good place for him under the shade of the bush during these warm days this week.

TAG  (7-1-14)

The girls gave me some pictures from the other day and I thought I would share them with you. Tag is becoming a real help around here and as you can see the girls got him into some training with the goats. He's a fast learner but he can get into trouble still the same. What can you expect, he's still a pup. Anyhow, baby teeth are falling out along with his perment coat coming in. But he is still the hit around here.     As you can see with the pictures, Tag enjoys his baths and doesn't try to fight it at all. But on a nice warm day who wouldn't like a nice bath and the rub down. But the girls are really enjoying every moment with him

TAG -ONE YEAR OLD

The training is always slow to begin with but as long as they have the basic commands and the willingness to learn the rest will come in time. My first collie was about a year old before we really started him in full training and that is what I've been trying to press into the girl's minds. But like you have with your dog, Tag likes the chickens and want to get them all into a group and that doesn't go over too good with Sara. The chickens are Sara joy and Tag isn't helping her the way she wants him to be with the chickens. As for the Goats and Sheep, that is another story and he is a real help in getting them into the barn when they want him to.

I've started to work with him in hand commands during the winter time since we're in the house alot, hard for me to get outside during this time of the year. And Tag is coming along very well with hand commands. Basic start with , Come, Sit, Down, Around and Heel, and of course a little dog cookie helps out alot also.

Tags new home (Sept 2015)

Tag was sold to the Greene's as a future match for their collie, Agnes,  He didn't work out for his first owners partly bacause he needed a fenced yard as he was prone to wander off if their was nothing going on.  He was good with the farm animals,  but they were aftraid if he wandered off he might herd someone elses animals and get shot at.

APRIL    (1/29/15)

We are writing to let you know how much we love our dog and that we think she has been a great addition to our home. April is very smart and energetic. She loves to play in a nearby creek with our children, splashing and playing, and now in the winter, sliding on the ice just like the kids! She's learning to be very obedient, and come when she is called. We like to play catch with her, and we are teaching her to drop what she has caught. We enjoy her company just as much as she enjoys being with us, and we think she is a beauty.

ROUX  - ONE YEAR OLD

She enjoys the cold more then me that's for sure! She is doing great, she has been great, so sweet and LOVES children! I have a roommate with two kids, 12 and 15 and when they leave she pouts for a day or so waiting by the window

ECHO - ONE YEAR OLD

Thanks so much for the birthday wishes for Echo! He is such a joy! He weighs 49 pounds now and has the most beautiful markings and lush, fluffy coat.

I couldn't be more happy with my little man. He loves to herd my kitty cats and my other dogs. They don't find it quite as fun as he does, but they seem ok with it. One of the cats loves to snuggle with him in his crate at night. I'll send some pictures soon, i've just been so busy with work and life in general, I haven't had the camera out or ready.

Thank you again for such a wonderful puppy!
