Testimonials from the second litter:

SHEP:    (12/30/14)  I can't tell you how amazing he is! if you walk to the grass with him, he goes to the potty! He didn't have one accident on the drive home and he hasn't in the house. Not once. I know it's hard to believe. I just go with him to the grass and he goes. I just expected the first few weeks he would just "go" whenever he felt the need. But he has been so good.  Shep loves to chew but we have all kinds of toys and little chew hides. He plays all the time. Just so sweet.

(1/6/15)

Shep went to the vet this morning and is a healthy as can be! He weighed in at 15.3 pounds! What a big boy. I know this is going to be hard to believe, but he goes to the door when he has to go potty and has not once in almost 2 weeks since we got him has had an accident inside! We just cannot believe how smart and amazing he is! He does chew, but we are with him constantly when he is inside and he has several toys and chewies. We are teaching him what is his and what is ours. Its amazing how much he understands already. I will try to make a video of him tonight. My husband had taught him his name, he comes, sits and lays down already. I know that seems impossible but he does it. You will be amazed when you see the video,

Also, last night we were looking through your facebook site for the farm. We started playing the videos you posted. The volume was up pretty loud and when Shep heard your voices he jumped up, and started looking for you. He was whining and searching. So he does still remember your voice. That was so amazing. Every time we played it he responded and looked for you. We thought that was so sweet. He is just an amazing boy and so very smart and good.

(1/23/15)  My husband grew up with an OTSC and loved him dearly. We have had Shep almost a month now. A few days ago, he was laying on the porch with us and noticed one of our chickens had gotten out of their part of the yard. We have a portion of the back fenced off for the chickens and their coop. Dixie had flown over and was walking up the stone path towards us. Shep saw her, jumped up and took off after her. I feared he was going to attacked her but my husband said "he's going to put her up". Sure enough, she started running and he chased her back to the coop, she jumped up on top and over into her pen. I wasn't convinced and was afraid that since he was getting bigger, he might be come aggressive with the chickens. The next day, my husband and I walked Shep out to the coop and my husband picked him up and put him over into the side of the yard with the chickens. He just ran around and paid no attention to them. Its like he knew they were where they belong. We left him in there for several minutes and he ran all around them. Showed no aggression, so clearly when the one escaped his instinct was to put her up. It was amazing to see that with him being only 11 weeks old. They apparently are brilliant animals.

(8/11/15) (from Facebook )He is just a wonderful boy. His parents are 4J Acres Laddie and VK's Wynn Mathair Bell of Six Pense Farms. His parents and all of his siblings are gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for a better dog, he is just amazing. I brush him several times a week, but we have taken him to a groomer a few times. He seems to "repel" dirt and water. I thought it would be hard to keep him clean, but he really stays very clean.Have to give kudos to Vicki as.well...Frank.was almost completely house trained when we got him at 10 weeks..2 accidents, both of which were my fault for not getting him out the door. He now politely rings a bell when he needs to go out. Vicki, you did an awesome job with these pups!

ANGEL:  (12/29/14) Thought you would enjoy knowing that Angel has settled in well .we made two stops on the way home for exercise break and water sips . she did amazingly well very little whining in the car just a little overnight. has made friends with one of our big cats and has also done a lot of walking around visiting all the other animals with us. we are so impressed with how calm alert balanced she is.

(1/13/15) Thank you for adding angel on to the OTSCA.  fYI her name now after much debate and input from my grandsons is Sleepy Creek's Sadie .  we have subsequently found that Sadieis the fourth most popular dog name in the country but whatever. it is cute it is easy to say and it suits her .she is doing very very well we are so impressed at only a little over 9 weeks she is coming to us unless the cats interfere .she has only had one accident our fault in the house. she walks out of the house to go to the bathroom in designated areas. has become familiar with tractor and wood splitting noise with no problems .was a real lady at the vet yesterday inquisitive and  calm.  Vet was very impressed with her. she is now 16 pounds going to be a big girl.

(3/30/15) Sadie continues to be a true joy she is intelligent friendly energetic watchful a wonderful wonderful addition to our family and farm.  She is great at keeping the chickens in the coop when we go in and out and she also alerted me last week to when  the goats made an escape from their pen.   she sat and barked at them until I came out of the house. really a smart puppy.  thank you again for bringing such a wonderful puppy into the world. we  love her. pictures enclosed

BEATRIX:  (1/5/2015)  I just wanted to send you a note and let you know we all made it home with no problems! She did great in the car.
She seems to be the most intuitive and Intelligent puppy I've ever known. I swear she's already learned sit after me just doing it with her a couple times. She understands no as well. She wants to always be with us, but did very well in her kennel last night. She's wonderful, thank you so much!
Our 8 month old boy LOVES her; he wants to play all the time! But surprisingly, she holds her own. When she's has enough she is very verbal with him and snaps after him - he doesn't always get the memo, but we separate them so they both can rest.
Thank you so much for Bea and your kindness. Blessings to you and your family.
The Coopers

Oh I forgot i wanted to mention how well adjusted she is! Nothing scares her! She goes up and down stairs like a pro, no room, place, or creature bothers her in the least! Other than constantly wanting to be with us (which I don't exactly mind) nothing seems to bother her!

GRACIE: (1/5/15)

Just wanted you to know that Gracie did fantastic on the way home.  No accidents in the Jeep, and she went every time we stopped.

She has taken up with our 16 year old and I think he is her human! Lol

She is doing great about going every time we go out and has had only one accident.  When we were at church yesterday.

It snowed here and has gotten bitterly cold. I find myself carrying her in and out. She does not like the steps yet! Lol

Her little paws freeze a little in the very cold snow.

She has started to recognize her name and looks at us or bounces over to us when we say it.

Thank you so much.

I am attaching pictures.

GLORY (12/31/14)     And last night she did the best of all. We put her in our bedroom on the blanket that she knows is hers now, and she slept till 3:00. Philip checked her and she settled back down till about 6:30. Now howling or whining at all! It is really nice because she is getting attached to Philip and he to her. We love her.

And the animals are getting along remarkably well together. Glory even knows now to give Tabby the cat courtesy while she eats. She lays back at a nice distance and waits till she is done before going to the bowl to eat. Of course I don't put her bowl down until Tabby is done, but we are happy that she just plops down and doesn't horn in when it is the cat's time to eat. Although she is very ready to finish anything in the cat's dish that is left!

She seems to get along pretty well with Buffy and they can be near to each other snuggling with someone and not mind each other. She gets along with Trigger for now, but he is a bit too big and powerful, he knocks her down just trying to play. So we keep them nicely monitored when they are outside at the same time.

I can't thank you enough for Glory. I am so grateful to the Lord for His timing and His provision through you!

I (Vicki) just had two great visits in May 2015 at Glory's house.  She is only 6 months old, but very quiet, alert, calm and obedient just like I remember Laddie at this age.  Also, of course, full of energy and people focused - an all around enjoyable puppy

MYRRH (1/7/15) Thought you might like to see a pic of Callie, formerly known as Myrrh. She's doing great! Such a smart pup, and a natural at fetch! She was 11 lbs at the vet on Monday, Jan. 5, and growing like a weed. We had such great weather till yesterday and now it's bitter cold, which does put a damper on the fun. But she has lots of toys and stuffed, squeaky things to chase and chew...

NOEL  (1/3/15)  She is doing great and Scarlet (a young border collie) loves her they do everything together. She is already crate trained and sleeps through the night.

FRANKINCENSE  (1/18/15)

One week in, and we continue to be amazed by our lovely Frankie!! He has only had 1 accident in the house, and that was our fault...here are some updated pictures we thought you would like! He weighed 18 lbs, 12 oz today--1-18.
He eats well, and has been on car rides, to the park, to Tractor Supply, etc. He already sits at the door and even rings a jingle bell tied to the handle when he needs to go out!
Thank you so much for our bundle of joy,

(August 2015 from Facebook) Frank's had people slam on brakes to roll down their windows and talk to us! Vain fellow...he knows he's handsome.    Let me know when you figure out a great way to make her (Six Pense Farms Christmas Grace) STOP barking on command! LOL Frank learned "Speak" quickly, but "Quiet"...not so much!
