Six Pense Farm's Laddie

Laddie was our first scotch collie and has been so perfect we were amazed.  We got him from 4JAcres farm as a 5 month old puppy, but he never had any of the negative puppy  habits.  He has always been very calm and obedient.  He is smart and ready to please at any minute, helping herd the chicks and chickens.  We often buy two lambs in the spring and raise them  until late fall when we butcher them. They don't need herding but he is ready if needed.  He is great with small children and visitors.  He is MDR1 Normal/Normal and CEA M/M  so all pups will be MDR1 Normal and CEA carriers/not affected

After 4 litters Wynn has been retired and found a new home with retired widow Ruth Anne who was in need of a friend too!

Wynn  is out of Bonnie Bell and Cailean from Vintage Kennels.  Bonnie was imported from Pleasant Bay, New Zealand.  She was raised by an old farmer named Leonard Thatcher who had been breeding along the same dam line for 50 years.  She is TDI certified and has attended therapy sessions.  Natalie said she had natural ability and instincts which made her a pleasure to work with.  Cailean is out of AKC lines.  He was originally destined for the show ring, but was sent to the farm because he had too much prey drive.

Our new female sable is a collie from a farm in Indiana.  After bringing her home and getting rid of a bunch of fleas we found she was free from heart worm and had a great personality.  We tested her genetics and she is clear for CEA and MDR1!  Even though we don't have a pedigree for her we have high hopes for future OTSC puppies from her and Laddie
